We are an Approved Vendor to Certified Suppliers o The Defense Department, and major defense contractors.
Our Quality Assurance Department will provide, upon written request, more thorough information concerning our QC procedures. Customer QA personnel may also request a copy of our complete Quality Assurance Manual and program documentation. Customer quality surveys and audits may also be arranged by contacting our Quality Assurance personnel.
It is the policy of Burn’s Precision Machining to review all Purchase Orders to ensure:
- The requirements are defined
- Ability to produce products
- Special processing
- Special tooling
- Any quality clauses
Inspection Procedures include:
- Control Plans
- 1st and final inspection
- Certification review and submission
- Corrective and Preventive action reporting
